I have been enjoying these vitamins that are designed to help manage stress. We have a lot going on right now in our lives and taking these every night has surprisingly helped me personally. My overall mood has improved and I have noticed less worrisome thought about things outside of my control that amp up my stress levels. While they don't eliminate my stress, they seem to help me cope with it. Looking at the ingredients list it also has a ton of natural herbs like passion flower, chamomile, melatonin, and more. I always take them before bed and wake up refreshed without any drowsy side effects. I started with 2 capsules a day and after a week I moved to 3 which has been perfect for me. I would recommend it if you are looking for something to try.

Right around the end of summer when we transition into fall, I like to take additional supplements to boost my immune system. These capsules are easy to swallow, and have no strong smell or taste. I just set them on my night stand and took as recommended. I have insomnia and have tried many things. So I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to these types of stress supplements, the cool thing is that I indeed felt more relax and at ease before going to sleep, I took it about 2 hrs before going to sleep. It did not affect me personally in staying awake. I would recommend it to be taken as part of a daily or every other day supplement to fight stress as well as some exercise.

Love the ingredients, it's a clean product. This is good to take after night of partying and I did notice this helping me function easier after a night out. I get hang overs easily (being a 35yo) I also noticed it helps me focus better too and the caffeine is naturally sourced. Citrus flavor is nice. Product mixes really easy and I'm happy with this supplement!

Wow, this stuff really works! I usually avoid drinking heavily or even going out because of the hangover the next day but I figured why not give these a shot? And I must say they work wonders!! I don't feel groggy or have headaches or stomach issues the next day. These are a godsend!

This supplement contains ingredients that address different aspects of weight control. It has substances that help moderate sugar levels, like chromium, berberine and gymnema, white kidney bean extract that inhibits the breakdown of carbohydrates, thermogenic substances, green coffee extract and cayenne, and raspberry ketones. While not only don't I have a problem with caffeine and I now appreciate some, listing the amount of caffeine (from the green coffee bean extract, that also has other benefits) might be useful for people who might.

I have enjoyed the extra energy and clearing of brain fog from day 1! I took this in the morning and within an hour I felt alert and ready to ""do something"". If I didn't work during the week I'd have went and worked out, went for a walk - done some actual exercise, which in itself promotes better health. The energy boost wasn't a ""burst"" with a crash in the afternoon - the energy was subtle, but enough to note the difference, and I can see how this would be a great ""pre-workout"" drink that won't keep you up all night. That being said...the ONLY reason this got for stars rather than five was the taste. While it dissolved rather easy in water (I never mixed it with anything else) it does have a bitter, aspirin-like taste that is not masked in any way by the hint of berry flavor.
With this being the only downside, and it being momentary, I would buy this and recommend to others as well with the warning of the taste.
